In order to guarantee the quality of components, machinery and plant equipment the most important characteristic values and material properties of the materials being used. In the process, in most cases performing destructive materials testing is essential.
BKW offers a broad spectrum of destructive tests in accordance with national and international standards. To guarantee quality, flexibility and independence, we do our own sample preparation at state of the art CNC processing centres. Of course, we are also accredited by the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS) for all the tests we perform in accordance with ISO 17025.
Along with the classical static tests for determination of characteristic values we also perform fatigue testing in pulsating tensile stress, pulsating compressive stress and tension-compression stress. To this end we have corresponding testing machines in different load ranges in different load ranges from 250 N to 600 kN
