The test results would thus be correspondingly distorted.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore we decided from the beginning to use our own sample preparation. Thus with the help of our modern 3 and 5 axis CNC machining centres we have quality, dimensional accuracy and machining time of the samples under control during the entire testing process. Bei der mechanischen Bearbeitung des zu pr\u00fcfenden Materials muss mit allerh\u00f6chster Sorgfalt vorgegangen werden. Wirken beispielsweise ein zu hoher Druck oder eine zu hohe Temperatur auf das Werkst\u00fcck, k\u00f6nnen die Materialeigenschaften ma\u00dfgeblich ver\u00e4ndert werden. Die Pr\u00fcfergebnisse w\u00fcrden mithin entsprechend verf\u00e4lscht.\r\n\r\nDeshalb haben wir uns von Beginn an f\u00fcr eine eigene Probenfertigung entschieden. Mit Hilfe unserer modernen 3- und 5-Achsen CNC-Bearbeitungszentren haben wir somit Qualit\u00e4t, Ma\u00dfhaltigkeit und Durchlaufzeit der Proben w\u00e4hrend des gesamten Pr\u00fcfprozesses unter Kontrolle. Dar\u00fcber hinaus sind wir in der Lage, unsere Pr\u00fcfvorrichtungen und -werkzeuge individuell zu fertigen.\r\n\r\nWir verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber eine 3,2 Tonnen Krananlage und sind somit in der Lage
